LastSwab is the world's first reusable alternative to cotton swabs. Every day 1.5 billon cotton swabs are manufactured and these swabs end up in the ocean, harming precious marine life and destabilising our ecosystem. LastSwab is strong enough to withstand 1000+ uses!
How to use? Just use LastSwab as you would use a cotton swab, be gentle and don't push wax into your ear. LastSwabs are easily cleaned with water and a little soap. Put it back in the box and it's ready for its next use.
Materials: Packaged in recycled cardboard. The swab ends are made of a rubber-like material TPE (THERMOLAST) and the rod is made of plastic reinforced with glass fiber. The case comes in two versions and is either made of the plant-based material PLA, or of recycled ocean-bound plastic collected outside Indonesia.
Why not use cotton and paper ones? Because they impact the environment as they are single-use. The average person goes through hundreds of cotton swabs each year. These cotton swabs get produced, warehoused, shipped, purchased, used, and discarded. During this process, the use of raw materials and the CO2 created are harmful to the environment. These processes become unnecessary when you commit to using reusable products like LastSwab.
